SDMI Hazard Mitigation

As part of the services provided for the Office of the Governor of the State of Louisiana and the collaborative efforts contributing to the international “Making Cities Resilient: My City is Getting Ready” report, The Stephenson Disaster Management Institute at Louisiana State University worked to identify and build a strategy for potential threats that exist as a result of natural and man-made disasters in the state. The creative and interactive teams at Covalent Logic worked alongside the SDMI team to produce a comprehensive hazard mitigation action plan detailing steps for disaster planning, which included preparation, response and recovery. Copywriting, interactive design and development were provided for the project.
