With more than 1,300 licensed professionals in the state of Louisiana, the Louisiana Board of Examiners in Dietetics and Nutrition needed a website that was more than an online brochure.
Citizens can look up credentials and find professionals statewide. Licensees can apply or renew their license, take online exams, upload documentation or update their records. The Board itself can now conduct many board functions remotely statewide through a confidential and secure portal. Additionally, Covalent Logic runs a help desk to provide technical support to those using the site that reduces the workload of the limited staff.
