Get a Game Plan website gets new look

GOHSEP uses social networking tool
Baton Rouge, LA, June 2, 2009 –  The Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP) has updated its Get a Game Plan Web site,

GOHSEP Director Mark Cooper says the overhauled website is now more user-friendly and more comprehensive regarding its content. The website has links to evacuation guides, Public Service Announcements (the newest ones feature Governor Bobby Jindal and New Orleans Saints players Marques Colston, Devery  Henderson and Lance Moore), and information in Spanish.

“More and more people are turning to alternative methods to get information and news. This is just our way of staying in touch with people and making sure they get the information they need to keep them and their families safe,” says Cooper.
