For the conservation, protection and management of Louisiana’s natural resources, there’s no better resource than the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries. The information they provide is as abundant and critical as the flora and fauna they are committed to preserve and protect. So, when this organization needed a website with a more appealing look and robust navigation, Covalent was the natural selection.

We created a publication management section, which allows LDWF to house their extensive research and materials all in one area, while giving visitors speedy access to the precise information they needed for licenses, permits, hunting, fishing, boat registration, children’s activities and more.

We also created a comprehensive, updatable calendar which showcases everything from events to festivals to meetings to gaming seasons. A custom species-manager allows the creation of an in-depth photo and data library, documenting all species across the state.
