Epic Piping is one of the largest privately owned pipe fabrications firms in the world and the fastest growing in the U.S. When Epic needed to expand its workforce, we knew it needed creative that would produce epic results.
As Epic Piping’s workforce increased, we seized the opportunity to design and distribute a company-wide quarterly newsletter (in both English and Spanish) that helped establish a grassroots form of communications between workers at the various Epic facilities.
To target qualified candidates both locally and nationally, we created a recruitment campaign that included direct mail postcards to welders as well as display ads for welding job sites.
We also created a series of billboards touting the “cool” advantages of working at the Louisiana facility.
