To safeguard the public health, safety and welfare of Louisiana residents, the Louisiana State Board of Social Work Examiners needed to upgrade their structure to a paperless system, which would allow them to improve and expand their work as a regulatory authority. LSBSWE employed Covalent Logic to build a licensing system that would not only support file management, but that would also allow for advanced search functionality; informational summaries, educational unit tracking and renewal actions through custom dashboards; bulk messaging through an advanced communications management system and newsroom and reporting functionalities.
