State Board of Licensed Professional Counselors

The Louisiana State Board of Professional Counselors needed to establish a paperless process for their internal procedures, external communications and licensing services. Covalent Logic created a tailored licensing system that removed file management, technical support and review challenges. It also addressed their current and future needs through search and filter capabilities, customized dashboards, online application options and a streamlined communications management system. The team also enabled a unique mentorship system, which created bridged learning opportunities and relationships between provisional licensees and board-approved supervisors. The new LSBPC reporting functionality includes the ability to export licensee data, payment histories and spreadsheet applications, to name a few of the many reporting options available.
