It's been a big year...
Here's where our shared electrons took us in 2024.
THINGS WE LAUNCHED
The Highlight Reel: Take a look at some of our favorite projects this year.
Louisiana Physical Therapy Board
Our team ensured that the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board became the first board in the nation to directly integrate with their national counterpart.
“No Comment” White Paper
Have you ever wondered whether or not you should respond to a media query? This year, we created a way to help you determine your best path forward.
Magnolia Mound Honey
This project was as sweet as it sounds. This adorable logo is displayed on honey jars now available at the historical Magnolia Mound site. The proceeds go to the foundation that keeps the historical site thriving.
Sawyer: Mean Girls
This launch was so fetch. Our team partnered with Paramount Pictures to throw a premier party for the new Mean Girls movie in Austin, Texas. Because we're not a regular agency … we're a cool agency.
Lil' Easy Opening
As an ode to our south Louisiana roots, we helped Austin break into the Cajun food scene and threw a soft and grand opening party that would make ya want to slap ya mama.
Shell Scotford Logo
Shell Scotford was giving one of their job sites a makeover, and we thought that warranted a logo!
Cleco Power Wise DeSoto Habilitation Services Testimonial Video
Video projects are among our favorites. This testimonial video highlighted the work of our videographer and designers, but also the incredible team at Cleco!
Louisiana Lights
If you haven't seen Louisiana Lights at Burden Museum and Gardens yet, it's time to get your tickets. Enjoy the stunning light display and the logo our team created to promote the event.
Ochsner Healthy State Website
This website build gave us the chance to actually make our friends and neighbors healthier! With the goal of greater access to healthcare for all Louisianans, this data-driven website highlights five priorities dedicated to improving Louisiana's health rankings.
Southern University System Foundation Website
Imagining a future of innovation and advancement has never been easier for Southern Foundation, as the nonprofit recently rolled out a new, user-centric site … built, of course, by Covalenteers.
Covalent Courses
At Covalent, we share knowledge. This year we stepped into course creation to expand our reach and give anyone, near or far, the opportunity to learn alongside us online.
Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Psychologists Portal
The project features our modern and sleek (if we do say so ourselves) licensee dashboard design that showcases all licensees' functionality in a single UI.
Awards
A not-so-humble brag. Here are the 2024 awards that now sit proudly on our office shelf:

THINGS WE'VE EXPERIENCED
It's Never Too Late: Hobbies, travels, giving back, languages, delicious meals, Oh my!
“I started playing racquetball again after a nearly 30-year hiatus! Turns out I really missed playing and enjoy it more now than I did back in my 20s. It has helped with my blood pressure and cholesterol too.”
- Trae Russell
Jade spoke to Middle Schoolers about Graphic Design during a career fair through Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Nu Gamma Omega Chapter. Many of the middle school students were unfamiliar with the Graphic Design profession and eager to learn more about it. She truly enjoyed sharing her profession and what she loved most about it.
"I learned to make chicken and dumplings with homemade dumplings. This seemed like a daunting task that was beyond my culinary skills but to my surprise and delight, it was easy and delicious and has become a household favorite.”
- Jennifer Macha
"I scratched off a bucket list item this year — a trip to the Grand Canyon. I love being awed and humbled by nature's magnificence, and getting to share that with my sister and dad made it one of the highlights of my year."
- Stacey Vincent
“I got bit by the travel bug, hard. Between work and personal, I traveled over 30,000 miles, going to more than 12 states from coast to coast, and really learned how to prioritize my work/life balance!”
- Theresa Stewart
“I've been getting more serious about learning Spanish. I took a class at the community college where I live this year and love to brag about my Duolingo Streak!”
- Kathryn Gisi
THINGS WE ACCOMPLISHED
Beyond the 9-5: The wins that defined 2024
“I've always loved being physically active but starting a new gym routine was a little intimidating. Achieving my first 100 classes at F45 was super exciting because it reminded me that even though your mind may try to tell you otherwise, you CAN do hard things!"
“I’m looking forward to better serving our clients with the extensive safety knowledge I gained through this course. Knowing the most frequent safety issues our clients face and how to address them helps Covalent advise clients on the communications they should focus on and off the job site!”
“I decided to conform to my new city and pick up running! I ran my first 5k this year, which doesn’t sound like much. But at the beginning of the year, I couldn’t even run a mile!”
